BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT / BUSINESS ANALYST

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digimasters team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading ideation workshops, mapping complex processes, and capturing clear and actionable requirements for data transformation initiatives. You will work across a wide range of business functions including finance, HR, operations, and you will also support design technology programmes within the architecture and design industry.

You will collaborate closely with consultants, data teams, designers, and client stakeholders to translate ideas into structured solutions that support change. You will report to the Data and AI Lead Consultant and work directly with both client and internal project teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and facilitate ideation workshops to help clients explore problems, define opportunities, and co create potential solutions
- Map current and future state processes with clarity using tools such as Miro, Mural, and Figma
- Gather detailed business and technical requirements for data transformation programmes across corporate and design technology environments
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into structured documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and ensure requirements align with business goals
- Support the creation and management of Monday.com boards for project tracking and requirements management
- Analyse data flows, pain points, and operational gaps and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, designers, and product teams to ensure solutions meet the needs captured during discovery sessions
- Help educate and mentor junior analysts on best practice for workshops, process mapping, and requirement modelling
- Support the creation of reports, presentations, and materials for executive level stakeholders

EXPECTATIONS IN THE ROLE

The following skills and attributes are essential for success in this role:

- Strong facilitation skills with experience running structured workshops for ideation, problem framing, and solution design
- Proven ability to map processes with a high level of clarity including swim lanes, decision points, and data flow analysis
- Excellent requirements gathering capability including both functional and non functional requirements
- Ability to work across standard corporate functions such as finance HR operations supply chain and project management
- Familiarity with design technology workflows in the architecture and design industry is highly valuable
- Strong communication skills with confidence when working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including data experts designers developers and transformation leads
- Structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in consulting or enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience running workshops and creating process maps using Miro, Mural or similar tools
- Experience producing clear requirement documentation user stories and acceptance criteria
- Exposure to data transformation programmes and data centric ways of working
- Experience supporting initiatives in architecture engineering or design technology is a plus
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Figma Monday.com and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant degree in business information systems design technology or a related field preferred

This is a Hybrid role and does require candidates to work in central London as well as remotely. We do not sponsor visas so you must be eligible to already work in the UK.
